Responsibilities

• Provide admin and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Prepare submissions and assist with binders and coverages; review contracts.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy; monitor activity.
• Communicate workload status with the account team and ensure service excellence.
