Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support. The role ensures accurate policy management, timely renewals, and proactive service while working under an Account Manager, AE, or Producer.

Remote work is allowed with hybrid expectations, based on policy and location. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance CS, licensing (CISR preferred), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist and related roles.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business: research, underwriting info, submissions, coverages, pricing, proposals, binders.
• Review contracts to confirm proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion and clear communication with the team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
