Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in student advising or programming; Master’s +3 years acceptable.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Liberal Arts student transition initiatives and curriculum development.
• Oversee orientation programs across Spring, Summer, Fall, and transfer events.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct reports and student staff.
• Collaborate with UT offices and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
• Manage data projects: registration metrics, surveys, and engagement tracking.
