Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for orientation and transfer programs.
• Develop learning outcomes and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual experiences.
• Collaborate with academic colleges to integrate advising and registration into orientation.
• Supervise orientation leaders and staff, including training and performance management.
• Monitor program data, prepare reports, and optimize resource allocation.
