Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in orientation, student activities, enrollment management, or related area.
• Experience coordinating new student orientation, transition, retention, or first-year programs.
• Experience recruiting, training, advising, or supervising student leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
