Job summary

Field Nation is seeking a Senior ABX Marketing Specialist to design and execute ABX plays for named accounts, translating intent signals into timely activation. You will partner with Marketing, SDRs, and AEs to align plays with active pipeline and maintain thorough account documentation for async collaboration.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, 2+ years ABM/ABX, and strong written English. This hybrid position is based in Bangladesh with an emphasis on US time-overlaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing in SaaS/tech.
• 2+ years ABM/ABX experience with named accounts.
• Direct AE or sales-rep partnership with named accounts.
• Salesforce proficiency with pipeline data and attribution.
• Advanced written English with strong async communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute ABX plays for named accounts, including sequencing and messaging within the program framework.
• Personalize messaging for named-account audiences and align plays with active pipeline conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and AEs; maintain account status records for async collaboration.
• Translate intent signals into timely program activation and outreach sequences.
• Develop account briefs and SDR playbooks for cross-team use without handoffs.
• Review performance data and adjust sequencing and messaging to improve pipeline.
