Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Audience Marketing Manager to own the audience strategy for an assigned vertical within our B2B SaaS platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to align campaigns with GTM priorities and drive pipeline.

You will design ABM programs, measure impact from net-new to expansion, and translate industry-specific messaging for the purchase committee while managing the vertical budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with pipeline ownership.
• Experience designing and executing account-based marketing programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the audience marketing strategy for an assigned industry vertical and tie to account-based GTM.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Development and Customer Success to drive pipeline.
• Adapt platform positioning for the buying committee and industry-specific messaging.
• Manage the vertical budget and execute programs across channels.
