Five9 seeks a Senior Audience Marketing Manager in Jacksonville, FL to own the audience strategy for a vertical, driving campaigns that connect to pipeline outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align budgets and GTM priorities across net-new and existing accounts.

The role requires 6+ years in B2B marketing, experience with ABM, and strong messaging in regulated or complex industries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing with pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Experience designing account-based or vertical marketing programs.
• Proven ability to partner with sales on shared targets and accounts.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS buying processes and multi-persona buying committees.
• Familiar with ABM platforms and Salesforce or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the audience marketing strategy for an assigned industry vertical tied to the account-based go-to-market model.
• Establish the measurement model connecting audience activity to business outcomes (pipeline, engagement, funnel progression).
• Present vertical performance and investment cases to marketing and sales leadership with a spend-to-outcome view.
• Own the marketing contribution to the vertical's pipeline in partnership with Sales, Sales Development, and Customer Success.
• Build and run programs into the vertical's customer base driving engagement, expansion, and cross-sell.
• Adapt platform positioning to the buying committee inside the vertical and provide vertical messaging to teams.
