Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Audience Marketing Manager to own the audience strategy for an assigned vertical, spanning net-new prospects to customers. You will align marketing investments with pipeline and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to optimize campaigns.

You will measure impact, defend budget decisions with data, and adapt messaging for regulatory industries, including healthcare or financial services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing driving pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Experience designing account-based, vertical, or industry-specific programs.
• Partnered with Sales on shared account lists and pipeline targets.
• Ability to tie programs to pipeline and revenue; knowledge of B2B SaaS buying.
• Experience with regulated or compliance-heavy industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the audience strategy for an assigned vertical and tie to GTM plan.
• Measure audience impact on new and expansion pipeline; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and product marketing on campaigns.
• Manage budget and run programs across prospect and customer bases.
• Adapt platform positioning for buying committees and maintain messaging alignment.
