Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. We are seeking a Senior Audience Marketing Manager to own the audience strategy for a designated industry vertical, connecting marketing investments to pipeline outcomes.

You will collaborate across Sales, Sales Development, and Customer Success to drive net-new and expansion opportunities while refining vertical messaging and proof points.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with pipeline accountability.
• Experience designing account-based, vertical, or industry marketing programs.
• Proven ability to align marketing with sales on shared accounts.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS buying processes and multi-persona buying committees.
• Experience with regulated industries is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the audience marketing strategy for an assigned industry vertical, driving pipeline growth and account engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Development, and Customer Success to align campaigns with shared targets.
• Adapt platform positioning to industry buyers and equip teams with vertical-specific messaging and proof points.
• Manage the marketing budget for the vertical, balancing spend across accounts, events, campaigns, and content.
