Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives for Twizzlers and Sour Strips within the Sweets & Refreshments DCS team. You will shape strategy and drive projects from discovery through commercialization.

You will analyze trends, identify whitespace, coordinate across functions, and partner with suppliers and research vendors to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing.
• Experience with syndicated data such as Circana or Numerator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify whitespace opportunities and translate insights into innovation strategies.
• Analyze, structure, develop, and present recommendations to leaders.
• Lead new product and non-product initiatives through commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across the company to meet timelines.
• Lead activities with third-party suppliers and research vendors.
