Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Strategy, Growth Strategy, Analytics, or related business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating data into business recommendations.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic plans, and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through collaboration in matrixed environments.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that advance enterprise growth priorities and drive execution from opportunity identification to implementation.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using consumer, market, and financial insights.
• Synthesize market and performance data into concise insights for senior leadership.
• Evaluate strategic alternatives and facilitate cross-functional alignment on key decisions.
• Assess new growth models, investments, partnerships, and capability expansions with financial modeling.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategy to execute growth initiatives.
