Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Growth to lead cross-functional growth initiatives spanning sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases, and shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Strategy, Growth Strategy, Management Consulting, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Strategy, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Finance, Category Management, or related business functions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, or related field
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating data into business recommendations
Experience developing business cases, strategic plans, financial evaluations, and executive presentations
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through collaboration in matrixed environments
Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional growth initiatives across the enterprise.
Define scope, success metrics, and governance; drive execution from opportunity identification through implementation.
Develop workplans, governance structures, and decision frameworks that deliver measurable business results.
Leverage consumer, customer, marketplace, and financial insights to uncover growth and value creation opportunities.
Assess market trends, channel dynamics, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive activity to identify growth pathways.
Synthesize market and performance data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Present findings to senior leadership and facilitate decision-making, aligning resources around growth priorities.
