Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to drive growth initiatives for its Sweets & Refreshments portfolio. You will shape strategy, manage projects end-to-end, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious timelines and business goals.

With 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), you will influence senior leadership and prioritize innovation that expands whitespace and strengthens brand performance

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive innovation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify whitespace opportunities from trends in sweets and broader snacking categories and translate insights into actionable innovation strategies.
• Identify, analyze, structure, develop, and present recommendations to leaders.
• Lead new product and non-product initiatives from discovery and ideation through commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across the company to execute projects and deliver on timelines.
• Lead activities with third-party suppliers and partners, including agencies and research vendors.
