Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the ABL Structuring team in the United States. The role focuses on structuring, underwriting and closing asset-based lending transactions, supported by in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS (MBA preferred), licenses Series 79/63, and 7–11 years of related experience, with strong financial analysis, modeling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and applicable securities licenses required.
• 7–11 years of related work experience.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and close ABL transactions.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior talent.
• Demonstrate thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis; identify, quantify and prioritize transaction risk.
• Negotiate basic legal documents.
• Coordinate with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners.
