Truist Bank seeks an experienced banking professional to originate geographic asset-based transactions and advise clients on capital structure and financing options. You will partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move transactions from origination to closure and collaborate with deal team partners to ensure seamless execution and strong client experience.

The role requires a BA/BS with 5–10 years of ABL experience; MBA is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred with finance focus.
• 5-10 years of ABL experience and capital markets exposure.
• Subject matter expertise in industry drivers, structuring and risk mitigation.
• Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and accountability.

Aufgaben

• Originate geographically based asset-based transactions and advise clients on capital structure and financing options.
• Partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move deals from origination to closure.
• Collaborate with deal team partners including regional teams, Corporate Finance, Industry Consulting, Risk, Operations, and Legal.
• Drive revenue through targeted clients/prospects in coordination with banking.
• Mentor and develop junior teammates; communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Adhere to risk/compliance policies and Truist values.
