Job summary

Truist in Atlanta is seeking an experienced professional for the ABL Structuring team. You will underwrite, structure, and close asset-based lending transactions, applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to support balance sheet commitments and risk decisions.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
Licenses: Series 79 and 63.
7–11 years of related work experience.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
Analytical ability to distill complex data into concise issues.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and close ABL transactions; begin to exhibit independent structuring thoughts.
Mentor, coach and develop junior talent.
Demonstrate thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis; identify and quantify transaction risk.
Negotiate basic legal documents.
Comply with risk policies and procedures.
Collaborate with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners to ensure smooth execution.
