Truist is seeking a seasoned Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolio manager in the United States to oversee credit quality, collateral monitoring, and risk mitigation. You will work with clients and internal teams to maintain risk within Truist tolerances and drive revenue and credit quality goals.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, extensive credit analysis, and collaboration across originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7–11 years of related work experience.
• Strong technical skills including financial analysis and modeling.
• Ability to distill complex data into concise issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Collaborate across functional areas to facilitate execution.

Mansioni

• Manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions.
• Complete amendment memos, trend cards, problem loan reports, maintain risk ratings and credit files, and manage collateral diligence.
• Adhere to Truist policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Restructure and manage problem loans with risk partner input.
• Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with originations, structuring, legal, compliance and risk partners to achieve objectives.
• Develop junior talent and demonstrate Truist culture and values.
