Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual for the full-time role of Credit Administrator - Asset Based Lending (ABL).

The position focuses on portfolio management support for the ABL lending platform, underwriting quality, and staff development through calls and client meetings. The candidate will coordinate with ABL leadership, maintain policy adherence, and participate in rolling reviews and ARJs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 8+ years in ABL underwriting and portfolio management and commercial credit analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Experience with Solifi/Stucky, Salesforce.com and nCino Bank Operating System.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio management support for the ABL lending platform and staff deals.
• Participate in calls and meetings to support policy understanding and business line strategies.
• Monitor underwriting quality and covenant testing across the portfolio.
