Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a Master’s level clinician to supervise and grow ABA programs in Riverside, CA. You will oversee client programs, educate parents, and conduct progress assessments under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes mentorship of technicians and coordination of client visits to elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical program management experience under a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, and conduct assessments under a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching to improve service quality.
• Ensure accurate records of billable hours and timely progress reports and treatment plans.
