Job summary

Autism Spectrum Connection LLC is actively seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead supervision, mentor behavior consultants and therapists, and oversee high-quality ABA services for children on the spectrum. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with families, and ethical practice in a supportive California-based team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders across ages and abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with families to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Utilize DTT and NET methodologies.
• Conduct functional assessments to develop effective behavior strategies.
• Support ongoing professional development through training and instruction.
