Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated clinician for a BCBA-oriented supervisor role in Riverside, CA. You will supervise client programs, conduct assessments, and provide parent education while mentoring technicians. The role blends direct ABA work with supervisory duties to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field is required/strongly preferred.
• Candidate enrolled in BCBA program and/or pursuing certification hours.
• At least one year of clinical program management experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and conduct assessments.
• Provide parent education and mentor behavior technicians.
• Coordinate client visits and coaching to improve service quality.
• Ensure clinical prescriptions and accurate billable hour records.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities on a dynamic caseload.
