Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in California seeks a BCBA Supervisor to oversee clinical programs, mentor technicians, and coordinate services for children with autism. This full-time role offers strong supervision, CEU opportunities, extensive onboarding, and a clear path toward BCBA certification.

You will balance direct client work with supervision, ensuring high-quality service and documentation while supporting family education and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Enrollment in BCBA program or hours toward certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical program management experience.
• Fingerprinting, TB test and pre-employment physical requirements funded by us.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs; provide parent education and progress reports.
• Mentor behavior technicians; coordinate client visits and provide coaching.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions; track billable hours and maintain records.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties; manage a dynamic caseload.
• Support staff productivity and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
