Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation.
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians.
