Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Orange, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to lead ABA treatment for clients across settings including center, home, school, or telehealth.

Requires a Master’s in Psychology/ABA and BCBA; experience with ASD; strong communication and supervision skills. You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, document data, and coordinate care with families and payers, with opportunities for bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and BCBA certification.
• Experience with individuals with ASD required.
• Ability to travel locally to client sites if needed.
• Knowledge of ABA treatment protocols and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians.
• Monitor treatment adherence and adjust plans monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, schools, and payers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Provide telehealth and on-site supervision as required.
