Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence monthly.
• Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze behaviors to identify function and plan interventions.
• Direct behavior technicians in protocol implementation and provide coaching.
