Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism across diverse settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. The role emphasizes treatment planning, data review, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing supervision of staff.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BACB certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient through clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and adjust plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data records.
• Collaborate with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
