Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings (center, home, school, telehealth). You will develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with families and payers while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA with BACB certification and ASD experience; travel to various sites may be required, with relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• BACB certification is required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure that supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
