Ability Avenues in Golden Valley, MN seeks a Clinic Supervisor BCBA/LBA to lead our ABA team and oversee clinic operations.

You will supervise RBTs and clinical staff, develop and monitor BIPs, conduct FBAs, ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, and collaborate with families to support client goals. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership, offering growth opportunities and a meaningful impact on daily client lives.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA licensure in Minnesota required.
• Minimum 2+ years ABA therapy experience, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and tracking client data.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized BIPs and treatment programs.
• Conduct FBAs and ongoing client progress evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, state licensure requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
