Job summary

Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers, LLC. in Woodbury, MN seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and mentorship for ABA services. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality treatment delivery, supervising RBTs, and supporting program growth within a collaborative team.

The BCBA will ensure fidelity to individualized treatment plans, supervise clinicians, and promote evidence-based practices across the organization, upholding BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in the state, if applicable.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience providing ABA services as a BCBA in a clinic setting (preferred).
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice aligned with BACB Ethics Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical excellence by maintaining appropriate clinician-to-client ratios and ensuring fidelity of treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians and support onboarding and training of new clinicians.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support client progress.
• Promote evidence-based practices across the team and ensure compliance with BACB ethics code.
