Ability Avenues in Golden Valley, MN seeks a Clinic Supervisor BCBA/LBA to lead our ABA team and oversee clinic operations.

You will supervise RBTs and clinical staff, develop and monitor BIPs, conduct FBAs, ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, and collaborate with families to support client goals. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure high-quality ABA service delivery
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing client progress evaluations
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, state licensure requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
