Qualifications

• Experience as an emergency telecommunicator or related dispatching work.
• Ability to supervise and train staff as needed.
• Strong communication and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in dispatching law enforcement, fire and EMS calls.
• Provide pre-arrival and post-dispatch instructions following protocols.
• Train and evaluate staff and serve as acting supervisor when needed.
• Operate CAD and radio systems and monitor communications.
