Responsibilities

• Receive police, fire and EMS service requests and dispatch personnel.
• Operate radios, telephone, switchboard, alarms, recording devices and computer terminals.
• Dispatch emergency equipment and personnel as needed.
• Record and transmit messages by radio; maintain radio log.
• Enter and manage warrants and case information on computer terminals.
