Strongpoint Partners is seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to take full ownership of a caseload of 65–75 retirement plans. You will administer 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish, with a strong command of compliance testing and a client-focused, detail-oriented approach.

This remote role offers growth with a firm that values service and excellence in client outcomes. Fully remote within the United States with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of A-Z retirement plan administration experience.
• 3–5+ years of client services experience.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer 65–75 retirement plans from start to finish.
• Provide guidance and support to clients with a client-focused approach.
• Identify process improvements and support team initiatives.
