Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Consultant - 401(k) Client Service Manager to lead delivery of the Aon PEP 401(k) plan for a portfolio of employers. This role acts as the main client contact for service delivery, combining technical expertise with strategic consulting to optimize plan design and participant outcomes.

You will analyze census and payroll data, perform complex 401(k) calculations, and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in retirement consulting, plan management, and/or client service within the 401(k) industry.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, committees, and advisors.
• Familiarity with recordkeeping platforms, plan administration, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and account executive for large, complex 401(k) clients in the Aon PEP.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with plan sponsors, committees, and advisors.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of all agreed‑upon services and fiduciary governance.
• Analyze payroll data, contribution calculations, and compliance results; perform complex 401(k) calculations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across client portfolio and lead team efforts.
