Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including census data analysis and formula use (VLOOKUP, IF).
• Strong ability to manage multiple clients, issues, and deadlines.
• Proven people management and leadership capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Aon PEP 401(k) Plan to a portfolio of participating employers.
• Serve as the main client contact for service delivery and collaborate with partners.
• Lead special projects such as plan design changes, amendments, and webinars.
• Oversee a team of analysts to ensure accurate workflow and data integrity.
• Navigate complex regulatory and administrative 401(k) issues in a fast-paced environment.
