Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Service Manager for the Pooled Employer Plan (Aon PEP), responsible for delivering the 401(k) plan to a portfolio of participating employers. You will be the primary client contact for service delivery and collaborate with senior leaders and partners to ensure a market-leading experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in retirement consulting, plan management, and client service, with strong Excel and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement consulting, plan management, and client service.
• Strong command of 401(k) regulatory landscape and plan design.
• Excellent Excel skills and data reconciliation abilities.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for service delivery of the Aon PEP 401(k) plan.
• Collaborate with Aon PEP leaders and service partners to deliver high-quality service.
• Lead and delegate a team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor and resolve 401(k) administrative issues and data discrepancies.
