Job summary

Aon is seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to lead service delivery for the Aon PEP. This virtual role offers work-from-home flexibility across the US and opportunities to partner with Aon PEP leaders and service partners to deliver a best-in-class retirement experience.

You will own client relationships, manage complex plan data, and drive strategic plan design while ensuring regulatory compliance and fiduciary oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement consulting, plan management, or client service.
• Experience handling large 401(k) clients and complex AUM (e.g., $500M–$1B) and 3,000+ participants.
• Ability to act as primary client contact for plan sponsors and advisors.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) plan design, administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for a portfolio of large 401(k) plans.
• Analyze payroll and contribution data; perform complex 401(k) calculations.
• Provide strategic plan design advice and educate clients on regulatory changes.
• Lead multiple projects and mentor junior analysts when appropriate.
