Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider with a focus on supply chain management and e-commerce. This North American transportation leadership role manages multi-client operations, drives KPI improvements, and partners with customers and carriers to optimize multi-modal logistics across warehouses and networks.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience with multi-location operations and planning
• 7+ years in transportation management, preferably in a multi-client 3PL
• Proven leadership of logistics or transportation teams
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with TMS, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience building an asset-based carrier strategy

Responsibilities

• Execute North American transportation management across multiple customers and warehouses
• Optimize transport solutions across all modes (ocean, parcel, LTL, FTL)
• Establish, track, and analyze transportation KPIs
• Provide transportation leadership and solution design to customers
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management initiatives
• Support onboarding of new customers and carriers
• Ensure carrier compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
