Job summary

Verizon is seeking a logistics leader to own a segment of our 3PL network performance, driving cost-effective, world-class execution across large distribution centers. This hybrid role partners with Inventory Planning, Sales, and Marketing to translate 3PL performance into actionable strategies.

You will manage SLA penalties, lead QBRs, and champion continuous improvement projects to optimize capacity and reduce network expense while ensuring service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management.
• Experience managing performance, contracts, or relationships with 3PLs or major suppliers.
• Exposure to SAP and WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a segment of the 3PL network performance and drive cost-effective, world-class execution.
• Lead Monthly Performance Scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Oversee 3PL contractual performance and enforce SLA penalties and incentives.
• Act as liaison with Inventory Planning, Sales, and Product Marketing to translate performance into actions.
• Initiate and sponsor large-scale continuous improvement projects.
• Manage the reverse logistics pipeline and recover value from returns.
