Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Distribution Strategy Lead in New Jersey to oversee 3PL operations and translate supply chain strategy into warehouse execution.

The role coordinates inbound logistics, warehouse activities, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments across multiple providers, driving efficiency, governance, and service levels. Strong project management and SAP/WMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, transportation logistics, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume third-party logistics providers.
• Proven ability to improve logistics operations and deliver measurable operational turnarounds.
• Demonstrated project management experience involving complex operations and tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and operational decision-making skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end 3PL operations and translate strategy into warehouse execution.
• Coordinate inbound logistics, warehouse operations, inventory, orders, and outbound shipments across 3PLs.
• Drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and SLA performance.
• Lead projects on WMS, SAP integrations, facility upgrades, and process reengineering.
