Job summary

FBD GROUPS in Walnut, CA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our warehouse, cross-border logistics, and 3PL sales. You will develop new business opportunities, manage the sales team, and build a scalable commission structure.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in logistics sales, strong negotiation skills, and experience designing incentive programs that drive revenue growth. Bilingual Mandarin/English is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 4+ years of sales experience in logistics or 3PL
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand warehouse and logistics services
• Identify and acquire new clients including e-commerce brands, manufacturers, and distributors
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
