Job summary

CTK USA INC. is seeking a 3PL Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for multiple clients. You will guide a team through receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, and inventory control, ensuring all client SLAs and KPIs are met.

You will manage labor across shifts, coordinate with carriers, and drive continuous improvements in processes and safety. This role requires strong leadership, WMS proficiency, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or team lead experience in a 3PL warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Experience supporting multiple clients and working to client SLAs and KPIs.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff across multi-shift environments.
• Thorough knowledge of receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, shipping, inventory management and control.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As our 3PL Operations Lead, you'll lead day-to-day third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations for multiple clients. You'll guide a team on the floor through receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, and inventory control, and make sure every client's service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met.

What You'll Do

Daily 3PL operations

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across multiple clients, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, pick/pack/ship, and returns.
• Plan and assign daily work to balance labor across client accounts based on order volume and priorities.
• Process inbound receipts, putaway, order release, picking, packing, and shipping accurately and on time using the WMS and RF scanners.
• Verify inbound shipments against ASNs/purchase orders, and document and elevate overages, shortages, and damages.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with parcel and freight carriers to meet client shipping schedules.

Client SLAs, KPIs, and inventory

• Meet client-specific requirements, SLAs, and order cut-off times, including order accuracy, on-time shipping, and dock-to-stock targets.
• Track and report key warehouse and client KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and units per hour.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by client through cycle counts, discrepancy research, and reconciliation in the WMS.
• Serve as a point of contact for client operational questions, and communicate order status, inventory issues, and exceptions to clients and internal account teams.

Team and continuous improvement

• Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse associates on client-specific procedures, WMS processes, and safety standards.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and quality standards on the warehouse floor.
• Suggest and help implement improvements to processes, productivity, employee workflow, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with team members, other shifts, and other departments, and prepare reports for management, other departments, and clients.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisor or team lead experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment (required).
• Experience supporting multiple clients in a shared 3PL warehouse and working to client SLAs and KPIs.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage staff in a team-oriented, multi-shift environment.
• Thorough knowledge of receiving, putaway, pick/pack/ship, shipping, inventory management and control, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• A proven ability to maintain high inventory and order accuracy, along with quality, service, and client relationships in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and business analysis skills, with a track record of executing company standards successfully.
• Clear communication with people at all levels of the organization and with external clients.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements

• Work on-site in a warehouse environment where noise is usually low to moderate.
• Regularly talk and listen, and frequently use your hands to handle objects, tools, and controls.
• Occasionally stand, walk, sit, and reach with your hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
