Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Account Executive to manage end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, order tracking, issue resolution, and relationship building. The role requires at least 3 years of 3PL and WMS experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in 3PL and WMS environments.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Korean language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client orders and inbound shipments.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and monitor shipment milestones.
• Maintain accurate system updates and SOPs for new customers.
• Onboard new customers and process orders in the WMS.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships.
