HP Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Engineer - 3D Printing to serve as a regional technical authority within the Services Competence Center. You will resolve complex customer and field escalations, work with L1–L4 teams, and travel up to 50% to customer sites and partner locations.

The role focuses on additive manufacturing technologies, process improvement, and knowledge sharing to strengthen regional service capability and ensure timely issue resolution for critical systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in complex industrial environments, additive manufacturing, or digital technologies desirable.
• Customer-facing technical role experience required.

Aufgaben

• Represent HP’s technical position to partners and customers as a trusted authority on HP Additive Manufacturing solutions.
• Lead resolution of complex escalations through advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts across L1, L2, and L4 teams to ensure timely outcomes.
• Provide technical support to improve equipment performance remotely and onsite with FSEs and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across regions.
