Job summary

Revamp Engineering Inc. is seeking a Senior 3D Electrical Designer to lead and coordinate the 3D models behind utility-scale PV and BESS projects. The models you produce become the drawings crews build from, so accuracy and constructability decide whether a project reaches commercial operation on schedule.

This work puts you directly on the delivery path for utility-scale renewable generation projects. In this role, you will carry a portfolio of concurrent projects and set the modeling approach,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of engineering design, technical design, or drafting experience.
• Minimum 3 years using Autodesk Inventor in a professional design environment.
• Electrical design experience for large-scale power generation projects.
• Experience coordinating design work across civil, electrical, and structural disciplines.
• Experience producing sheet sets and design documentation from 3D models.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent assignments independently.
• Experience providing technical direction to other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and maintenance of complex 3D models for PV and BESS projects.
• Approve scopes, estimates, schedules, and technical assumptions for 3D design.
• Mentor 3D designers and coordinate interfaces with civil, structural, and electrical teams.
• Review vendor- and client-supplied models and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Develop modeling standards, templates, and libraries for the department.
