Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a 24/7 Intelligence Tool User Support Specialist Lead in Sterling, VA. You will support pivotal intelligence applications, coordinate 24/7 rotating coverage, and provide rapid first-line troubleshooting for intelligence professionals.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI with polygraph, have 5+ years IC experience, and be ready for 24/7 shift rotations including nights and weekends. Knowledge of Bodhi, ChatSurfer, and monitoring tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
5+ years of Military or Intelligence Community experience.
Customer service mindset with strong communication.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Flexibility for 24/7 shift rotations including nights/weekends/holidays.
Security+ certification within 3 months of start is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with team to build out 24/7 rotating schedule.
primarily day shift to ensure program updates are translated to 24/7 team.
May require nights, weekends, holiday shifts for coverage and leave for rotating staff.
Provide exceptional customer service to Intelligence professionals.
Perform first-line troubleshooting and real-time problem solving.
Bridge the gap between users and developers with intelligence expertise.
Monitor and maintain applications across multiple domains including coalition environments.
Keep Intelligence Tools running when users need them most.
Apply operational knowledge to help users maximize these applications.
Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to avoid mission impact.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to intelligence professionals.
Contribute field expertise to enhance future software development.
