Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• 5+ years of Military or Intelligence Community experience in at least one discipline.
• Experience with IC tools such as Bodhi, ChatSurfer, FADE, Thresher.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication.
• Willingness to rotate 24/7 shifts including nights and holidays.
• Security+ certification within 3 months of start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team to build out a 24/7 rotating schedule.
• Maintain ongoing updates translated to the 24/7 team during day shifts.
• Support leave coverage; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide exceptional service to Intelligence professionals using IC knowledge.
• Diagnose issues via first-line troubleshooting in real time.
• Bridge users and developers with your intelligence expertise.
• Monitor and maintain applications across multiple domains, including coalition environments.
• Keep tools running when users need them most.
• Apply operational knowledge to help users maximize applications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to avoid impact on mission.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to intelligence professionals.
• Contribute field expertise to enhance future software development.
