Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• 3+ years of Military or IC experience with at least one IC discipline.
• Experience with Bodhi, ChatSurfer, FADE, Thresher.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to rotate 24/7 shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Security+ certification within 3 months of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Intelligence professionals using operational IC knowledge.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting to solve problems in real time.
• Support mission-critical systems 24/7 through rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Bridge the gap between users and developers with intelligence expertise.
• Monitor and maintain applications across multiple domains, including coalition environments.
• Keep intelligence tools running when users need them most.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to avoid mission impact.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to intelligence professionals.
• Contribute field expertise to enhance future software development.
