First American National Commercial Services seeks an Exchange Manager to direct 1031 exchange operations across multi-state accounts. You will lead a team of exchange professionals, drive profitability, and develop new business while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of 1031 experience with 1–3 years in supervision; strong communication and leadership skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.
